Baldur's Gate 3 surprise nudity keeps getting Twitch streamers into trouble

Baldur's Gate 3 has a 'Hide Clothes' nudity button that keeps catching Twitch streamers off guard.

Uh oh. Baldur’s Gate 3 features a fair bit of nudity and it’s getting some Twitch streamers into trouble. If there are any Twitch streamers reading this, don’t press the ‘Hide Clothes’ button. You’ve been warned.

Baldur’s Gate 3 is officially out now on PC, with the PlayStation 5 launch set to follow on 6 September. If you’ve already dived in, I hope you know what you’re in for. The developers over at Larian Studios have teased that it could take a massive 200 hours to see all that Baldur’s Gate 3 has to offer. Obviously, that’s for a completionist run. If you focus on the main objectives, you may zoom through quicker. It’s also been confirmed that the game has over 17,000 endings. It feels silly now that we were impressed by The Quarry’s 186 options.

Take a look at Baldur’s Gate 3 in action below.

You’ve probably heard about Baldur’s Gate 3’s bear sex scene. Well, it’s technically a druid man who’s transformed into a bear, but it’s still weird to see a full on bear have sex with a human. What I’m trying to say is that Baldur’s Gate 3 has its fair share of nudity. Regardless though, streamers are getting caught out by it - particularly due to the ‘Hide Clothes’ button.

As reported by Dexerto, there are a number of funny clips out there of streamers discovering this feature. It seems fairly obvious that the button does in fact hide clothes. Still, it’s catching plenty of people off guard leading to a wide array of unexpected flaccid arrivals. Streamer Quin69 responded to the sudden nudity of his female character with, “Oh s**t. What the f**k? What the f**k? Put it back on bro. You can take her … this game. She has no underwear.”

Streamers AnnieFuchsia, shroud, sodapoppin, and Etalyx all had similar experiences. AnnieFushcia simply responded with a short scream. Baldur’s Gate 3 isn’t currently on Twitch’s banned nudity list, but it’s recommended that streamers only engage with nudity “for as much time as required”. Etalyx said, “I thought there were supposed to be like, some undies dude.” Well, now you know there’s not.
