Fallout 4: Last Stand Of The Commonwealth mod teases all-out war

Fallout 4: Last Stand Of The Commonwealth mod teases all-out war

Fallout 4: Last Stand Of The Commonwealth is an upcoming mod that teases an all-out full-scale war.

Well, this sounds very exciting. The upcoming Fallout 4: Last Stand of the Commonwealth mod will allow you to engage in a full-scale war over The Commonwealth.

We’re in somewhat of a Fallout drought. An TV adaptation is currently in the works at Amazon Prime, written by Westworld creators Lisa Joy and Johnathan Nolan. Just last week, fans managed to nab a sneaky on-set video. In terms of when a new game is coming though, we could have to wait a while. Bethesda have been solely focusing on Starfield which is finally set to release next month. Following that, it’s likely that they'll begin work on The Elder Scrolls VI alongside their continued support of Starfield, seeing as that game has already been officially announced. That does mean that us Fallout fans may have to keep ourselves entertained with mods in the meantime. Thankfully there are so many great mods out there.

Speaking of Starfield, take a look at the most recent trailer below.

As reported by Gfininty, Fallout 4: Last Stand of the Commonwealth is on the way from the Sim Settlements 2 team. If you don’t know, Sim Settlements is essentially a huge mod that overhauls Fallout 4’s undeveloped settlement system, instead creating a complex city-building system. The mod has been split into chapters and Last Stand of the Commonwealth will be the final entry, led by project manager Kinggath.

In the latest expansion, you’re tasked with using the complex settlement empire you’ve built in order to create an army that can fight off a gunner invasion of The Commonwealth. As Gfinity adds, this means you’ll need to recruit, train, and maintain a military force and create new buildings, including armories, watchtowers, and prisons. Take a look at the trailer below.

We don’t have an exact release date for the mod, but the Sim Settlements 2 team did tease that they will release a “prebuild system” sometime soon. We’ll be keeping an eye out for further details.
