Hogwarts Legacy is often regarded as the ultimate Harry Potter simulator, and it’s made even better with dragons you ride through the sky.

Players will encounter many journeys throughout Hogwarts Legacy. Evil wizards aside, the world of Harry Potter is teeming with life, most of which comes in the form of powerful and terrifying magical beasts. Arguably, the most dangerous of them all are dragons, but your character is clearly built different as you can now tame and fly them around the school.

A mod created by Zurrye called DragonOgryff does exactly what it says on the tin, it swaps the in-game model for the hippogriff with a dragon instead. While you can zoom around the world on a broomstick, it’s slightly more fun to soar on the back of a creature instead, even more so when it’s a colossal dragon.

Don’t get carried away though, this is merely a cosmetic mod. This means you can’t torch unsuspecting Hufflepuffs with dragonfire, even though that’d be really funny.

Nevertheless, it’s a cool mod to own and it makes your wizard even more badass than the chosen one himself. If you’re feeling extra in the mood for mods, you could even slap on one that adds more combat spells to the game for ultimate power.

Hogwarts Legacy is simply the gift that keeps on giving, it was the best-selling game of 2023 and will likely sell many more copies this year, especially after the announcement some PlayStation exclusive content will be available in other versions of the game. There’s also talk of Hogwarts Legacy 2 entering development soon, which is very exciting.

You can play Hogwarts Legacy on Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, PC and Nintendo Switch.
