Many would consider CD Projekt RED’s The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt to not only be one of the greatest RPGs of all time but also one of the greatest video games that was ever made across all genres.
On Metacritic, The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt has garnered a score of 93 on PC, earning the “Must-Play” accolade further solidifying it as an all-time great. What’s more, its expansions - Hearts of Stone and Blood & Wine - were equally as well-received, setting the standard of what is expected of AAA expansions.

After much anticipation, CD Projekt RED released the free next-gen update for The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt on PC, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S in December 2022. This update not only improved the visuals and performance, but it upgraded the gameplay and brought new quests, items and much more.
