Ghost Of Tsushima: Director’s Cut is officially coming to PCs, and it’s much sooner than you think.

The PlayStation gods have smiled upon us today, with a surprise announcement regarding a beloved PlayStation 4/PlayStation 5 exclusive. It was announced this afternoon that the critically-acclaimed Ghost Of Tsushima: Director's Cut would finally have a new home on PCs.

Check out the trailer for the PC version of Ghost Of Tsushima: Director's Cut below.

For those who haven't played the game yet, you can download it at no additional cost via PlayStation Plus. It's a story-heavy game with a focus on exhilarating combat encounters, set in a stunning open world.

Ghost Of Tsushima originally debuted on the PlayStation 4 in 2020, before receiving a director’s cut in 2021. The new version added a variety of new content to the game like skins, a digital art book and of course, a director's commentary, as well as spruced up the graphics to be more in-line with new-gen hardware.

The game has received non-stop praise by fans and critics, especially taking in the drop-dead gorgeous world you can explore, with visuals that exceed even the latest releases in terms of style and quality.

Now the game will finally be made available for PC users, and much sooner than you’d think, as the announcement confirmed the game would launch on 16 May.

It's honestly perfect timing, as a sequel is reportedly in development though a release window is unknown at the time of writing. There's also a TV series and a live-action film in the works, so there's a lot of Ghost Of Tsushima content on the way for new and old fans to get excited for.

PC users won’t want to miss out on this release, as the game is absolutely stunning, with a fantastic story and plenty of side content to enjoy before you roll the credits.
