Last week, Sony announced that a further 14 games would be joining PlayStation Plus' premium and extra tiers. Well, those titles are now available to download and enjoy!
Anyone who’s been following the news will know that PS Plus subscribers have felt a little hard done by lately, with many threatening to cancel their subscriptions due to the games on offer. It’s gotten so bad that gamers have declared November the worst month for free games thus far. However, just because a handful of players say it doesn’t make it so, so we’re going to tell you about the games and let you decide for yourselves.
Also due for a return to the PlayStation is Buzz Lightyear of Star Command!

We can appreciate that this isn’t an overwhelmingly awesome selection, however, there are hidden games included, like Dragon’s Dogma: Dark Arisen. The Capcom title has “very positive” reviews on Steam, with the majority of fans singing its praises; “This game walked so Elden Ring could run,” said one fan, which is high praise indeed.

Dead Island: Riptide Definitive Edition is another game which has a long list of happy gamers, coming in with a “mostly positive” rating. Described as an “awesome game with plenty to do”, this isn’t exactly a poor offering from Sony. That being said, we understand the game has been out since 2016 and therefore isn’t exactly new or unknown to many people.
There you have it – that’s your lot for PS Plus this November. Some will say it’s a mixed bag, but there are decent games available here as well. Grab them now from the PlayStation Plus catalogue.
