PlayStation Plus subscribers are getting a real treat this March, as the Essential free game line-up will be offering four free downloads instead of three.
March’s PlayStation Plus offering was unveiled yesterday and honestly it’s a pretty good line-up. Users on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 will be able to play Sifu, Destiny 2: The Witch Queen, Hello Neighbor 2 and, as a nice surprise, F1 2023. That’s four games in total as opposed to the usual three, and they’re all bangers in their own way.
The highlight of March’s offering has to be Sifu, which you can check out below
First things first, Sifu is an action game inspired by classic martial arts movies, which riveting combat and an ageing mechanic that makes you stronger but at the cost of your durability. If you can master being a glass cannon, you’ll get you fine but it’ll require a lot of progress and patience.

Destiny 2 needs no introduction as it’s one of the most popular looter-shooters out there. The base game is free-to-play but its inclusion on PlayStation Plus grants you access to the Witch Queen DLC, which adds new story and mission content to the game as well as an assortment of weapons and customisation items to collect.
Hello Neighbour 2 is the sequel to a stealth and horror game where you must investigate the dodgy activities of Mr. Peterson, who’s constantly hunting down the player at every turn. The sequel expands on the previous game with a larger map to explore, as well as more traps and dangers to overcome, as well as more mysteries to solve.
And that brings us to the final, surprise addition of March’s line-up, F1 2023. It’s worth noting F1 2024 is on the way later this year, but not until March, meaning it’s well worth giving the previous game a go to get you prepped and ready for the sequel. The F1 games are standard track-racing titles.
Sony has clearly been very generous with the Essential games this time around, and it’s a bonus that they’re all solid titles to add to your library.
