Ghost Of Tsushima meets Genshin Impact in new RPG you can play free now

We love discovering new RPGs to explore and this one is ideal for Genshin Impact fans

Gamers keen to discover new RPGs that blend together the majesty of Ghost of Tsushima with the flamboyance of Genshin Impact need look no further than a hugely popular game currently free to experience on PC.

Seeing as how Ghost of Tsushima is still regarded as “one of the most beautiful games” ever released on PlayStation, it’s hardly surprising that many players look to discover other RPGs similar to its beauty.

Speaking of Ghost of Tsushima, have you played the PS5 version?

Although Fate/Samurai Remnant isn’t a carbon copy – like anyone would want that – it has a lot of the qualities fans so love about Ghost of Tsushima. But it has that flare of Genshin Impact, alongside the traditions of the Fate franchise it comes from, which is arguably what makes it so appealing to players.

“It is probably the best Fate series game if you want to play an actual game,” said one fan. “It has pretty good action RPG content as well as very Fate-like storylines, so if you want to play Fate action RPG, it's a pretty good bet.” While not a ringing endorsement, it shows that Fate/Samurai Remnant is compelling as a standalone Fate game and as part of the wider franchise.

Anyone still on the fence has the beauty of being able to play the demo for free over on Steam, thus making it much easier to decide if this is a new game universe you’re ready to throw yourselves into.

Should you ignore the demo and head straight into the full game, it’ll set you back a whopping £54.99. So, be smart and enjoy the freedom of the demo while you can. Who knows, you might find a new PC RPG that you can’t put down.

Fate/Samurai Remnant is also available to play on the Nintendo Switch and PlayStation, though, once again, you’d have to pay for that privilege.
