Xbox fans are still having a meltdown over the company potentially releasing some of its exclusive titles on other platforms, including the PlayStation 5. This includes recent games like Bethesda’s open world RPG Starfield, upcoming games like Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, and even some of its legacy titles like Gears Of War.

Seemingly causing the most grief though is the idea that the Halo series will be making the jump to PlayStation platforms as well. Microsoft is yet to confirm multiplatform releases, though Xbox head Phil Spencer has teased fans will know more in the near future.

Now Xbox and Halo fans are turning their attention to a new job listing for 343 Industries which practically confirms future games will release on more systems than the Xbox Series X/S and PC.

The job listing is for the role of Lead Game Systems Designer on a Halo game that’ll be available “for all players, on all platforms.” Again, Xbox’s plans to release its games on other platforms hasn’t been confirmed by Microsoft, but the job listing saying “all players” and “all platforms” makes it pretty clear what the future of Halo holds.

It’s also rumoured Xbox is planning to make its subscription service, Xbox Game Pass, available on all platforms as well which is either a good or bad thing depending on your point of view.

We’ll know more in the future when Microsoft addresses the rumours, though if even Halo is being considered for multiplatform releases it seems pretty clear that Xbox is done with exclusive releases, for better or worse.
