Red Dead Redemption 2 is the game that keeps on giving - almost four full years on from its release and players are still able to uncover new little secrets every now and then. The same goes for its online counterpart, Red Dead Online - only a couple of months ago, players discovered that tadpoles exist, which is very important. Sadly, this doesn’t really make up for the lack of updates to the game, though.
Recently, over on Reddit, one player chose chaos and decided it’d be a good idea to bring one of the Night Folk on over to one of the game’s biggest cities. You wouldn’t think that bringing a murderous enemy along to a heavily populated area would be a particularly wise, but in actual fact, it turns out that they're pretty harmless. Even though in their resident swamp area of the Bluewater Marsh, the Night Folk pull no punches with trapping and attacking their victims, if you take them out of their comfort zone, the tables quickly turn.

“Found out tonight that if you capture one of the Night Folk alive and take him to [Saint] Denis he just sort of stops wanting to attack you and is more bent on simply getting away from you,” LordFlappingtonIV wrote. “I like to think it's like taking Tarzan to London. Just gets completely overwhelmed. The Night Folk yearn for the swamps.”
To be fair, this response makes total sense, as other Reddit users pointed out. “You kidnapped him and took him all the way the Saint Denis, of course he’s going to be scared of you. And running at him manically probably wasn’t helping the situation,” commented blueismega. “Dude ran into the one man who is weirder than him, [realised] he made a big mistake,” added another.
