Skyrim player eats every food and ingredient in game at once just to see what happens

Skyrim players have played the game so much that they’re now eating every consumable in the game at once just to feel something new.

Skyrim is amongst the many games that were released years ago but is still as popular today as it was back on launch day. It’s got more concurrent players than Starfield somehow, which is still a relatively new release.

However, like many games that seemingly go on forever, you do eventually hit a point where you’ve run out of things to do. You can only replay a game so many times without getting bored and while mods can sometimes extend the shelf life of a game well past its final credits, they are finite in the end.

One player’s boredom went to new heights recently as they decided to see what happens when you consume literally everything the game lets you put in your mouth, all at once. Skyrim has a great mechanic of giving the player the ability to freeze time in a fight so they drink a few potions, or eat 30 cheese wheels to get some health back. Ingredients for potions are also consumable, though obviously they’re better when mixed with something.

Either way, the player recorded their science experiment and posted it on Reddit, saying they spent “about 20,000 gold” to acquire everything the game has to offer. After shoving their entire inventory down their gullet, they resumed the game to find their character explode, fall down, and tweak on the floor for several seconds before eventually letting death embrace them.

I’m sure experienced Skyrim players could pinpoint the exact ingredients that had a hand in killing the player, but I bet the sweet rolls and cheese wheel didn’t help things.

If we’re to learn anything from this noble endeavour, it's that Skyrim players are getting more bored by the second, and we desperately need The Elder Scrolls VI to come out.
