Open-world Mandalorian video game stuns in new trailer concept

Stunning open-world Star Wars Mandalorian video game concept trailer is something that the galaxy needs right now, it is. Hrmmm.

This stunning open-world Star Wars Mandalorian video game concept trailer is something that the galaxy needs right now, it is. Hrmmm.

If you’re familiar with the works of the talented YouTuber that goes by the name of TeaserPlay, then you’ll know that they bring to life video games that may never come to be. Though to be fair, there may be a few that will one day come to fruition.

One such concept that fans would love to see is a new Star Wars open world game or in this instance, one that would be an open-galaxy Star Wars game. In the concept trailer, we see Din Djarin aka The Mandalorian on Tatooine before boarding the Razor Crest.

Djarin then takes to the stars and finally lands on a planet very reminiscent of Endor with an Imperial Star Destroyer lurking in the sky (probably waiting to blow something up) as AT-AT’s breeze on by. Oh, and I almost forgot, we also saw Grogu. How could I forget about baby Yoda?

While this concept trailer is simply what it is, this is a particular game that we will never play. However, we can’t deny that it doesn't look stunning powered by Unreal Engine 5 with gorgeous ray-tracing and Lumen.

To be fair, we do have a plethora of Star Wars games on the way from Knights of the Old Republic remake, to the recently delayed Jedi: Survivor not to mention the offerings from Ubisoft, Quantic Dream and more. However, I think I can speak for many of us when I say, can we have Cory Barlog’s The Mandolarian game, pretty please?

In related news from a galaxy far, far away, Rey actress Daisy Ridley has said that she’s down to reprise her role in the Star Wars universe and Ewan McGregor wants to do an Obi-Wan season two.
