Fortnite is getting its biggest ever content drop, leakers say

Leakers say that Fortnite is going to be getting "game content like never before" later this year.

The latest season of Fortnite released little over two weeks ago, but leakers are already claiming that there are bigger and better things to come.

Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 3 has brought us to the jungle, which, as was foretold by Guns N’ Roses in 1987, does indeed have fun and games. As well as a load of mysterious temples to explore, there are raptors, boars and wolves to ride on. Oh, and you can slide in the mud. That bit is important. Jungle aside, Transformers fans can use the deadly Cybertron Cannon to blast enemies off the face of the map, and those who hit level 100 in the Battle Pass can do it in style by playing as Optimus Prime himself.

Take a look at the trailer for Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 3 below.

The new season isn’t without its issues though - there are currently no mobility items in the game to help zoom around the map and stay out of the storm. Unlike last season, when we had the Kinetic Blade, Attack on Titan-inspired ODM Gear, and even the Spider-Man Web Shooters, if you get stuck in the storm towards the end of the game now, you’re basically screwed. Thankfully, it’s thought that the Grapple Glove may be returning at some point in the near future to give us some more mobility options.

That’s not what everyone has been getting excited about, though. As WePC reports, leakers are now alleging that “game content like never before” will be arriving in the autumn and winter. That’s according to Fortnite news account @FNChiefAko on Twitter.

According to them (and information via @NotPaloleaks and @SpushFNBR), players could be seeing a Chapter 4 finale event, the start of Chapter 5, and possibly updates for Unreal Editor for Fortnite (UEFN) by the end of the year.

Obviously, right now, none of this has been officially confirmed by Epic Games, so take it with a pinch of salt. However, if this is true, we could be seeing an enormous content update pretty soon.
