This Secret Website In ‘Grand Theft Auto V’ Is Creeping Players Out

Grand Theft Auto V players have stumbled upon a secret website that offers them some very disturbing images as part of a promotion of a fictional atheist group.

Even though the game has been out for almost eight years now, there are still surprising discoveries. For example, did you know that it is possible to play the entirety of Grand Theft Auto V without being hit at all? Given the extreme chaos and violence of Los Santos and the three volatile (occasionally inept) protagonists that weave their way through it, that's one heck of a feat. Wildly enough, it only took the player nine hours for the full playthrough. And, there are cutscenes that only trigger on very rare occurrences in the game's story. Remember when Michael is in the morgue? If the player doesn't get the guy out of there, the mortuary technicians comment on Michael's alcohol abuse and nicotine addiction which is evident by the state of his body. Then, they take their tools to prepare the body for autopsy, thereby killing the actually alive Michael.

Got five minutes to spare? Here's our video on everything we know about the next Grand Theft Auto game which is in development at Rockstar Games right now.

This latest find is of a strange website that is very unsettling, even considering Grand Theft Auto's irreverent and explicit sense of humour. If the player opens the in-game phone and searches "god" in Eyefind.info, the first search result is for a site titled "accept-the-chaos.com." It's the soapbox of the fictional Atheist Society Serving Mankind Under Noteworthy Coordinated Humanism group. Yes, the letters of that organisation spell out something rather rude.

The website invites the player to "play God," and triggers two scenarios. The first shows an image of a happy family and their dog standing in front of their car, clearly vacationing in Los Santos. By clicking "play God," the image changes to show the bodies of the family and dog after a terrible car crash. The individuals have suffered extreme dismemberment as a result of the accident and this image is in fact the only example in Grand Theft Auto of a child being harmed.

The second scenario is of an island, and when the player "plays God," the island is flooded following a random tsunami that claimed 200,000 lives. "See? What kind of benevolent creator would kill a happy family going on vacation or wipe out hundreds of thousands of people in a tsunami?" reads a statement above the image of the flooded island. "There is only one real God, and that is Mother Nature. She is - like all women - destructive, mean, vindictive and horny in the springtime but gets fat and sleepy when it's colder".

"WHEN I TELL YOU MY JAW DROPPED :sob:" said lowkiara in response to jacob_w52's TikTok about the secret website. It's incredible that things like this are still new to players, and of course, visit accept-the-chaos.com in the game at your discretion as the first two images are pretty nasty. Perhaps the next Grand Theft Auto game will have as many secrets as Grand Theft Auto V does.
