We've been waiting to see what happens to Obi-Wan Kenobi between the events of Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith and A New Hope for a long time now. After the devastating turn of Anakin, Obi-Wan and the surviving Jedi have to scatter across the galaxy to survive but during those years, what does Obi-Wan do? What does he see? Well, fans are now theorising that Kenobi and a young Ashoka Tano are going to meet in Obi-Wan Kenobi - the upcoming Disney+ series.

In an Instagram post, spotted by Cinema Blend, one of the stars of the Obi-Wan Kenobi series might have dropped a big hint on her role. Moses Ingram took to Instagram to celebrate her involvement in the Star Wars series and with that post came a little caption that fans are speculating on.

On Insta, the actor posted the caption, "I play with lightsabers" with a little smirking emoji - and this has sent fan imaginations wild in trying to work out just who Moses Ingram could be playing. The first thought goes to a younger Ashoka Tano, for two reasons. Ashoka Tano is getting her own series later down the line after making an appearance in The Mandalorian with Tano played by Rosario Dawson and the actresses aren't dissimilar in features. It wouldn't be impossible to imaging them playing different eras of the same character.

The second hint comes from the caption itself - "I play with lightsabers". Sounds like Moses is going to be handling some Jedi weapons and crucially, it implies more than one lightsaber. And who fights with two lightsabers? You guessed it - Ashoka Tano.

You might know Moses Ingram already, as she's in Netflix's hit drama series, The Queen's Gambit, which if you haven't already watched, is fantastic. And that's in no small part due to the phenomenal acting of the cast. No matter if Ingram is playing Ashoka or another character altogether, we can't wait to see her in action when Obi-Wan Kenobi comes out.
