It’s believed that the club is based on the King of Diamonds strip club in Miami. The main clue to this is the name of the club in GTA VI - Jack of Hearts. It’s a pretty easy jump from one to the other and the conclusion holds weight. Using a strip club from Miami is a simple and easy choice to make, particularly if the club has an extensive history.
