IndieFoxx's 'permanent' Twitch ban has been lifted

IndieFoxx's 'permanent' Twitch ban has been lifted

Jenelle 'Indiefoxx' Dagres has been unbanned from Twitch after almost two years.

Jenelle 'Indiefoxx' Dagres, a controversial streamer who was previously banned from Twitch, has now been unbanned from the Amazon-owned streaming platform. Responding to the news, Dagres has promised that she “won’t mess this up”.

As Game Rant reports, Dagres was ‘permanently’ banned back in 2021, but she only explained what happened last November. While speaking on an episode of the No Jumper podcast, she claimed that she’d had a wardrobe malfunction during an ASMR stream. She said: “If I was an employee of a company and they fired me because of my outfit, that would be an HR situation.” The streamer had also faced five temporary bans before that final incident, which Game Rant writes were all the result of breaking the platform’s terms of service.

Take a look at some of the greatest wins and fails from streams below.

Dagres previously claimed that she’s attempted to contact Twitch multiple times, but was “ghosted” by staff who told her that they’d look into her appeal to be unbanned. It’s not known why exactly she’s been unbanned now after almost two years of being banished from the platform, but she’s thrilled about it.

“I’m literally crying [right now] holy smokes Twitch unbanned me,” the streamer tweeted. “Thank you Twitch for the opportunity I promise I won't mess this up. I'm literally shaking [right now] my heart is pounding so hard[,] I'm so grateful.”

It’s not known what sort of streams Dagres is planning to pursue this time around - in one tweet, she wrote: “[To be honest], that would be fun reliving the first hype hot tub streams.” However, another post implied that this won’t be her focus. She tweeted: “Yess[,] many music streams coming soon.”

At the time of writing, Dagres is yet to go live on Twitch - a quick visit to her channel page shows that she last streamed two years ago. However, based on her enthusiasm on Twitter, it’s clear that she’ll be planning to make a grand return sooner rather than later.
