YouTube superstar and philanthropist, Jimmy 'MrBeast' Donaldson, is being sued by the MrBeast Burgers company for $100 million.
Currently sitting at around 172 million subscribers on YouTube, MrBeast has become one of the most successful content creators on the platform, made famous by several publicity stunts, competitions and acts of kindness to friends and strangers.

The YouTuber is now under attack by a lawsuit from Virtual Dining Concepts, a previous business partner which led to the creation of the fast-food brand MrBeast Burgers, which was officially launched in 2020.

This follows claims from the fast-food burger chain that MrBeast is a 'no good bully' after the popular YouTuber launched a lawsuit of his own, following several complaints about the company’s food products. Customers reportedly flagged the quality of the food produced by the burger brand, saying it was “disgusting”, “revolting,” and “inedible”, which reportedly spurred the YouTuber to take action.
MrBeast also stated that he’d not received any payments from the company, which has reportedly made millions from his name.
VDC declared the lawsuit to be “bullying tactics” as well as “ill-advised and meritless”, believing the lawsuit to be an attempt to “undermine the MrBeast Burger brand and terminate his existing contractual obligations without cause.”
Now though, the VDC is responding with its own lawsuit, and its a big one. The company is demanding $100 million, with the suit claiming “This case is about a social media celebrity who believes his fame means that his word does not matter, that the facts do not matter, and that he can renege and breach his contractual obligations without consequence … He is mistaken.”

Evidence for the suit includes “disparaging comments”, taken from since-deleted tweets made by MrBeast about VDC and the MrBeast Burgers brand.
MrBeast has previously stated he’s leaving the fast-food business behind, and will now focus on his chocolate brand, Feastables.
