Sony might have accidentally confirmed rumoured details on the PlayStation 5 Pro, following a copyright strike on YouTube.
For weeks now it’s been said that Sony plans to release another revision of the PlayStation 5 called the PlayStation 5 Pro at the end of the year.
Last time Sony did this was when it released the PlayStation 5 Slim, a slightly more compact model with an optional disc-drive
While nothing has been officially confirmed, industry leakers have released a steady supply of details regarding the next-gen console, including its specs and any other stand-out features that might make it worth the upgrade.

One YouTube channel, Moore's Law Is Dead, posted a video about the PS5 Pro going over the latest leaks and providing their own commentary on the potential console.
As the video picked up steam it’s now been delisted following a copyright strike from Sony itself, which has only served to improve the chances of it being legitimate, or at the very least close enough for Sony to be worried about it.
Again nothing has been officially confirmed at the time of writing, though it’d certainly make sense for Sony to have another console in the pipeline.
Earlier last year during the Microsoft V FTC trial, documents were leaked regarding a new iteration of the Xbox Series X, and earlier this year leaked details and even images of that new console were leaked too.

With this in mind it only makes sense to release a new, more powerful version of the PlayStation 5 to compete with Microsoft’s next piece of hardware.
It’s also rumoured Sony is currently working on the PlayStation 6, implying that while a PS5 Pro may be a powerhouse compared to the base model, PlayStation users haven’t seen anything yet.
Rumours imply a reveal for the mysterious console is due over the Summer, with a potential release planned for the end of the year.
