As long as you pay the required subscription fee, PlayStation Plus is the gift that keeps on giving, offering the potential of hundreds of video games to play in an instant as well as exclusive DLC, discounts and more.
In total, there are three PlayStation Plus tiers to choose from, Essential, Extra and Premium. The Essential tier is basically the same service offered before 2022 bringing a small selection of monthly games to keep in your library, access to online multiplayer and more.

Whereas PS Plus Extra offers a much wider selection of PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4 games. As for PS Plus Premium, it offers everything available in the previous two tiers but with extra perks such as classic games, cloud streaming and trials, to name a few.

While the games offered in PlayStation Plus Essential will stay in your library as long as you have an active subscription, those included in Extra and Premium are on a rotational basis. Granted, PlayStation exclusives such as God of War Ragnarök, Horizon Zero Dawn and the Demon’s Souls remake will likely remain available, but you should still expect a large selection of titles to leave once in a while.

That being said, it seems that a ton of PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium games are set to leave Sony’s subscription service, as suggested in a tweet from PlayStation Game Size. In total, it seems that 24 games will be leaving the service.
Sony hasn't announced exactly when the 24 titles will be leaving PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium, but given that they are in the “Last chance to play” section, that time is most certainly nigh. Those games include several Final Fantasy titles, and some indie darlings such as The Messenger, The Artful Escape, My Friend Pedro and more.
If any of the above games tickle your fancy it might be a good idea to play them before they’re gone. However, it is a possibility that some may return but don't take it for granted.
