A new PlayStation Plus game is being highlighted as an “unlikely gem”, that many wouldn’t know about if it hadn’t been added to the subscription service.
PlayStation Plus has an abundance of games available to users across all three of its tiers. Aside from the three free games that drop every month, subscribers on the Extra and Premium tier can browse the ever-expanding game catalogue, which is full of great downloads.

Aside from the must-play releases like Horizon: Forbidden West and Bloodborne, the service offers several hidden-gems, like Telling Lies, which is being hailed as a brilliant inclusion to the PlayStation Plus line-up.

Telling Lies is a mystery game that sees the player search through video and audio files to piece together a series of events. Several characters make their appearance, all of which are linked in some way. There are three possible endings, which are achieved depending on how well you do during the investigation.
Reddit user Reviews-From-Me drew attention to the game, sharing their thoughts and praising PS Plus for including it in the line-up. They said “Telling Lies was one of those games that likely would have caught my attention, but I wouldn't likely have risked buying it … I found this to be an unlikely gem in the catalog for anyone who wants an entirely story driven experience … Worth checking out, in my opinion.”
Other PlayStation Plus subscribers agreed, and praised the service overall for the abundance of featured indie games that may not have been easily discovered by the majority of players.
