Twitch has guidelines and regulations, and yet it still feels lawless sometimes.
When Twitch was launched in 2011, its main focus was being a social media platform for content creators to stream video games. For the most part, that remains true. However, over the years “just chilling” streams, music and more have grown ever-popular on the platform.

Some creators will push the boundaries of what Twitch is willing to accept on its platform, such as content like hot tub streams, a phenomenon that personalities like Amouranth have capitalised on with a great level of success and used that notoriety to launch other business ventures. For Amouranth, this includes acquiring a chain of petrol stations and selling vagina beer and farts in a jar (yes, really). Hey, if there’s a market for it, why not?

Recently a Twitch streamer/OnlyFans model using the alias ‘Morgpie’ caused a social media meltdown by appearing to stream topless. It doesn't leave much to the imagination that Morgpie was topless, though she never actually bared all on stream. Revealing your nips on stream is against Twitch rules. Sure, Morgpie wasn't technically breaking the Twitch rules as she was technically bending them, but that never stopped the masses from calling for her to be banned from the platform.
Well, at least at the time of writing, Morgpie has now been banned on Twitch. The Twitch ban was brought to our attention by the automated Twitter account ‘Steamerbans’. It’s not confirmed why Morgpie has been banned from the platform, but it doesn't take a genius to work out why.
We’d be surprised if Morgpie doesn't make a triumphant return at some point, whether it be on Twitch or elsewhere, and when she does, she’s likely to be more popular than ever. As the old saying goes “there's no such thing as bad publicity.”
