Although it has been a rough start for Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League, one thing the Rocksteady title can be praised for is its touching tributes to Batman and Harley Quinn actors, Kevin Conroy and Arleen Sorkin.
Released earlier this week, Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League has had somewhat of a rocky few days. The action shooter was taken down within just a few hours of launch due to a game breaking bug which in turn led to a series of spoilers being posted online and a series of negative reviews has increased refund search requests by 761%.

However, despite a few bumps in the road, Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League players were more than happy to see in-game tributes to the late Kevin Conroy and Arleen Sorkin. The pair played Batman and Harley Quinn respectively in Batman: The Animated Series so it only fitting that they will be memorialised in the latest DC title.

Conroy sadly passed away in 2022 at the age of 66 with Sorkin also passing away a year later in 2023 at the age of 67. Conroy played Batman for a large chunk of his life, whether it was in various shows and movies and he even took on the role in this Rocksteady release and the Batman: Arkham series. For Sorkin, it was due to her that Harley Quinn became a character in Batman: The Animated Series as the actor gave life to the much-loved psychologist turned villain.
To pay tribute to the pair, two gold plaques engraved with “in loving memory” can be found hidden in the Metropolis area of Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League. Conroy’s name is accompanied by the Bat logo whilst Sorkin’s features Harley Quinn’s diamond motif.
Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League leaves early access on 2 February but with mixed reviews already under its belt, it still remains to be seen how the game will be received.
