The Elder Scrolls: Gold Road officially landing this summer

The Elder Scrolls: Gold Road officially landing this summer

We will soon journey along the Gold Road

A forgotten Daedric Prince has returned to the world of Tamriel and will be bringing chaos to the West Weald in the next expansion of The Elder Scrolls Online, Gold Road.

Coming this summer, 3 June to be precise, players will be able to explore the city of Skingrad along with the jungles of Valenwood while customising your skills like never before.

The Elder Scrolls Online keeps getting bigger and bigger with more expansions

The vast world of Tamriel has never felt so alive, with millions of players across platforms able to come together to protect the realms from danger.

This will be the first time a new Daedric Prince walks the land and players must head to West Weald to stop Ithelia before the “threads of fate” unravel and brings forth chaos.

The last time West Weald was seen was in the classic, The Elder Scrolls: Oblivion. It’s going to be a wonderful journey heading back to a place we once called home, and the expansion doesn’t just bring locales.

Magic users will be able to take advantage of the new scribing system that allows you to utilise a new system, collect special skills and customise your playstyle in exciting new ways.

Gold Road also brings a new 12-player tria, Lucent Citadel,l to test your skills, defeat world bosses, and secure amazing loot for your character.

The Elder Scrolls Online has over 10 million active players and continues to prove itself as one of the top three MMORPGs along with Final Fantasy XIV, and of course, World of Warcraft.

The game keeps on growing and attracting new players, especially as we’re all waiting for The Elder Scrolls 6 and more details on that title, which Bethesda is keeping quiet on.

If you need more Elder Scrolls in your life, the base version of the game is free-to-play. You’ll only have to pay for expansions.
