Call Of Duty player rams PlayStation controller through TV in alarming rage

One Call Of Duty: Warzone player has rammed a PlayStation controller through their TV in an alarming fit of rage.

One Call of Duty player has rammed their PlayStation 4 controller through the TV during a sudden fit of rage. Oops.

While I’m sure we all relate to feeling the occasional surge of gaming rage, I doubt the vast majority of you launch your controllers at the TV. Personally, my rage lasts for all of two-seconds. If I’m playing Fortnite and end up in second, I might drop a quick F-bomb before swiftly moving on with my life. I can understand though why some people find it a tad harder to keep their rage in check. Gaming is an incredibly immersive thing, so it doesn’t take us long to become heavily invested in whatever it is we’re playing. This particular Call of Duty player may not be proud of their actions, but they did own up online.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III lands on 10 November. Take a look at the latest trailer below.

The player in question is TikTok user learnonea who posted a video to the social media platform showing his red PS4 controller lodged halfway through the TV. He must’ve been pretty mad for the controller to have resulted in that much damage, goodness me. As reported by GamesRadar, learnonea shared that he was playing Call of Duty: Warzone when he “accidentally” threw the controller.

The TikTok user has made the best of the situation though, turning his TV into a piece of art. Since the incident, learnonea has also shoved a PlayStation 5 DualSense controller and a Rubik’s cube into his TV. It’s not as if the TV was fixable. That PS4 controller dealt some serious damage, cracking a large portion of the screen. Take a look below.

I do wonder what it was in Warzone that left learnonea feeling so full of rage. Hopefully, players will be feeling slightly happier when they dive into Modern Warfare III next month. The game is set to reintroduce Zombies to the franchise, whilst also debuting a new ‘more disturbing’ take on the infamous ‘No Russian’ mission.
