Star Wars Jedi: Survivor release date appears online

Star Wars Jedi: Survivor release date appears online

Star Wars Jedi: Survivor's release date has seemingly appeared online ahead of a potential reveal at this week's Game Awards.

Star Wars Jedi: Survivor is definitely on its way next year but beyond that, details are being kept under wraps .. Well, a few may have slipped through the cracks. Respawn Entertainment’s upcoming title was announced at Star Wars Celebration earlier this year, accompanied by the release of a mysterious trailer. For months now, fans have been trying to work out who’s in that bacta tank - and they’ve got a pretty convincing theory.

According to devs, Cal Kestis will embark on a darker journey this time around, making some unsavory alliances along the way. Earlier this week, EA Star Wars updated their social media headers to the Jedi: Survivor logo - seemingly teasing an imminent release update at this week’s The Game Awards. It looks as if our suspicions have been confirmed as Star Wars Jedi: Survivor’s release date has reportedly leaked online.

Check out the trailer for Star Wars Jedi: Survivor below.

This is quite the blunder, indeed. The official Steam page for Star Wars Jedi: Survivor appeared to list the title’s release date earlier today - and it’s soon. According to the leak, the game will be released on 16 March 2023, which means we have just over three months to wait. As always, do take this with a pinch of salt but I will be very shocked if this news isn’t confirmed at Thursday’s Game Awards ceremony.

That’s not all that was leaked. As reported by Push Square, we also have some idea about what to expect when it comes to Jedi: Survivor’s pre-order bonus’. Steam listed both a standard and deluxe edition of the title. Pre-orders of the standard edition include an in-game Hermit Cosmetic for Cal, a Hermit Lightsaber Set, and a Combustion Blaster Set.

If you fancy pre-ordering the deluxe version, you’ll reportedly get the Scoundrel Cosmetic, the Rugged BD-1 Cosmetic, a DL-44 Blaster Set, a Rebel Hero Cosmetic, a BD-Astro BD-1 Cosmetic, plus a Rebel Hero Lightsaber. If this leak is confirmed later this week, it’s not a stretch to assume that we may get a full-length trailer too. Here’s hoping.
