'Spider-Man: No Way Home' Will Have Violent Fight Scenes, Teases Tom Holland

We are in the lead up to the release of Spider-Man: No Way Home and fans are already hyped. Never mind the fights over tickets, or even the scalpers using early viewings to earn thousands, we want to hear more about what’s happening next for Spidey from Tom Holland himself. The actor is talking to outlets around the world and in one interview, he even details how brutal the film may be.

As reported by Comicbook, an interview with TV Globo has revealed that the fight scenes in Now Way Home might be a little more graphic than we’re used to. Marvel, of course, prioritises making sure families can enjoy their films, but it seems the entertainment company is taking things up a notch for No Way Home

Here is the trailer for No Way Home...

A Twitter user, Ggsquadxoxo, has translated a moment from TV Globo’s interview where Tom Holland talks about the fighting. He says: “There are some fight scenes in this movie that are very violent. And it's a fighting style different from what we've seen before. But really you will get to see Spider-Man using his fists in a "fight or run" situation.”

Our Spidey senses are tingling. Sounds exciting. But it does make sense right? I mean, we’ve already been let in on how there are some recurring bad guys from other Spider-Man films coming back to reprise their roles in No Way Home. Spider-Man having to fight them all is obviously going to get messy. And he’s all by himself, it’s not like there is a very high chance we’re going to be seeing other Spider-men like Andrew Garfield and Tobey Maguire reprising their roles too eh? Nope, that’s very unlikely *wink wink* right Disney? I guess we’ll have to find out what Holland is on about when Spider-Man: No Way Home hits cinemas on December 15, 2021.
