The full cast for the upcoming Disney+ series Obi Wan Kenobi has been revealed. The new Star Wars show finally begins filming in April, and faces new and old are set to join Ewan McGregor's grizzled Jedi on the adventure.
As you can see below, the official Star Wars Twitter account has been showing off what a mighty cast they've managed to assemble. Take a look below!
We already knew that Hayden Christensen was set to return as Obi-Wan's former friend and student Anakin Skywalker/Darth Vader, of course. Similarly, we'd heard that Game Of Thrones actor Indira Varma would be joining the series in an unknown role, though some fans have speculated she'll turn out to be a Sith inquisitor tasked with tracking down Obi-Wan.

The rest of the cast includes Moses Ingram (The Queen's Gambit), Joel Edgerton (The Gift), Bonnie Piesse (Love Eterne), Kumail Nanjiani (The Big Sick), Rupert Friend (Hitman: Agent 47), O'Shea Jackson Jr. (Godzilla: King Of The Monsters), Sung Kang (The Fast & The Furious), Simone Kessell (The Reckoning) and Benny Safdie (Good Time).
Diehard Star Wars fans will know that Joel Edgerton and Bonnie Piesse have actually appeared in Star Wars before: they played Luke's adoptive parents uncle Owen and aunt Beru in Star Wars Episode II: Attack Of The Clones. It's not confirmed, but we can safely assume they'll be reprising their roles as the young Skywalker's guardians in the Disney+ series. It'll be interesting to see just how closely they interacted with Obi-Wan while raising Luke.
Assuming shooting in the pandemic goes as smoothly as it possibly can, Obi-Wan Kenobi is expected to arrive on Disney+ in early 2022.
